The old tower (left) of the monastery was incorporated into ancilliary buildings and a new tower (right) constructed at the opposite end of the complex.

Located about 2 km north of Staven, the monastery was established over 300 years ago. The original tower was used for a few decades, and then converted into a residence, while a larger tower was built and the ancillary buildings much expanded.

The Prior of Staven Monastery is the Arch Priest Jaeremiah Wooden, who is also a Compiler Sage specializing in Warfare & Combat, and Farming. The Assistant Prior is High Priest Samwell Moller, a shrewd military strategist. All ecclesiastical members and devotees wear a red neck scarf in addition to their traditional monastic garb.

From time to time, special training and developmental programmes are presented by visiting sages and scholars.

The Lake Chapel in the old priory is used for marriage ceremonies of senior members of the military and allied elite Razimites.
