Fire Cove is an abandoned village at the mouth of the Azerel, south-east of Azerel.
It was established almost 400 years ago as a fishing village, to provide Azerel with a range of sea food. For a while, this proved to be a sustainable, even very profitable, arrangement.
A series of savage storms during the period 4398 – 4402 seriously damaged the port infrastructure and the fishing boats they protected. The village never fully recovered from these natural tragedies, and by 4404 it was a ghost town.
