Hemden is a small forest in western Kalderesh, stretching from the coast to the hilly lowlands at the foot of the Baroburs, some 110 km across. It is a sacred druidic forest, home to the Circle of the Moon, led by the Druid Layo Taar. | |||
Readers are reminded that non-druids are not permitted entry into the forest, unless accompanied or invited by a druid. | |||
During sacred periods, anyone may enter the Forest, and gather in the sacred Hemden Grove to witness and take part in special rites. | |||
The only barbarian settlement in Kalderesh is within Hemden. Three groups, the Cat Snake Band, the Cloudy Dawn Band, and the Grey Fang Band, make up this clan. The head man of the Cat Snake Band is Belamad Ibsazi Cleaveheart. The Cloud Dawn Band is led by Rindarros Jashari Notchstaff, and the Grey Fang Band is led by Rindanriel Jashari Snapjaw. | |||

Hemden is a small forest in western Kalderesh, stretching from the coast to the hilly lowlands at the foot of the Baroburs, some 110 km across. It is a sacred druidic forest, home to the Circle of the Moon, led by the Druid Layo Taar.
