Highmoor lies in eastern Kirvan, backdropped by the Black Saw Mountains and within sight of Keserel. The mighty Ogre River flows through this small agricultural village.

Vegetables, cotton and flax are farmed and processed under the guidance of Councillor Alyce Woods. Most of these goods are supplied to Keserel. Water from the Ogre is used to make an exotic fine spirits, distilled from apples grown in the region.

Elder Aisiah Harper, a devout Salee and a skilled craftsman, organizes a peace festival every spring. The noted adventurer Master Sorcerer Christophyr Towns lives in Highmoor, in a gilded manor he shares with the mercenary Paenelope Dougher.
